How are you recently? Im Liu Hua, Im a senior three student studying in Hongxing Middle School. Im knowing that you are troubled by the cell phone overuse, so, Im writing to give you some suggestions. I hope that will be helpful to you.

First, you can use your cell phone at a fixed time of a day, and which can help you reduce your screen time, so that you can be clear about your everyday schedule. Second, you should focus on what is currently going on and keep busy. You can set a timetable and accomplish your tasks following it. In this way, you will be organized and have the motivation to keep away from your cell phone. You will feel great enjoying what you are passionate about instead of staring at your screen for a whole day. Last but not least, put your cell phone where you cant see it, and you will not think about the cell phone all the time. If you make use of your cell phone properly, it will definitely provide you some timely help and abundant resources.
